Craft Fair.....Success!

Today was the day! I was an actual vendor at my first ever craft fair!!

I cannot believe how nervous I was to see what people would think of my craftiness. I mean....you get to see reactions first hand.....and I would know right away what they were thinking. (Scary, right??)

But I had my biggest cheerleaders with me...and just seeing my husband's proud smile was all I needed :)

And...all in all it was a GREAT day! I got great positive reactions....I was actually talked UP on some of my prices (apparently I was priced too low..hehehe and she just wasn't having that!)

I was able to sell most of the things I had out....the paintings didn't sell, but I did get a lot of questions about custom paintings!

I left with my pockets a little heavier but mostly I was so grateful for the new friends I made and the validation that comes along with other's thinking your talent is worth something :)

I took this picture a few hours into the sale....so the table looks a little bare, but that's a good thing!

I have to say thanks to all of you who sent well wishes my way today! I really, really would have never had the courage to put myself out there if it hadn't been for you all!
